IntegriSign Express helps NetSuite customers and employees avoid the manual process of signing documents; there’s no need to print an eform, fax it, and then scan the signed document back into the system.  A manual process is slow and inevitably results in lost or misfiled documents, while a 100 percent electronic transaction minimizes human error, reduces the risk of tampering, and increases efficiencies.

About IntegriSign Express
IntegriSign Express is a SaaS esignature solution that has been integrated within NetSuite.  NetSuite’s sales organization and customers can initiate esigning processes by taking the following steps:

• eMail Document for eSignature
  • Clicking the “Send Signature” tab within NetSuite triggers the esigning process.  The originator enters the signatories’ email addresses and uploads the PDF document to IntegriSign Express.
• Capture eSignature Online
  • IntegriSign Express sends an email invitation to the signatories.  The email contains a link back to the server where the signatories electronically sign the document.
• Receive eSigned PDF
  • Once the process is complete, the esigned PDF is sent to the signatories and to the originator of the process.  A copy of the final PDF can also be automatically sent to designated individuals who were not part of the signing process ─ for example, to the legal department.
• Archive eSigned PDF
  • The esigned PDF can be archived within NetSuite or another document management system.
